Maintenance Plans

Platinum Maintenance Protection Program

  • Lessee will pay Lessor the applicable cents per mile listed above for all miles driven to cover the expected costs of all preventive maintenance and repair for the duration of the ELA.
  • Lessee’s repair/preventative maintenance, excluding driver abuse, accidents, and failure to comply with service intervals, is covered for the duration of the ELA by payment of the cents per mile indicated.
  • In the event of a breakdown, a loaner truck will be provided but Independent Contractor is responsible for the request of the loaner truck, and the cost of such loaner truck will be paid for through the deduction of the cents per mile indicated.
  • Under this Platinum Plan, the amounts paid are not refundable but are intended to approximate the normal preventative maintenance and repair costs for the Vehicle for the Lease Term.
  • Driver Negligence of any sort will not be covered, Damage in any way involving interior as well as exterior will not be covered, Windshields repairs will not be covered in the Platinum Maintenance Protection plan.
